UK OFSI National Settlement Depository
On Jul. 3, UK OFSI issued the national settlement depository license .
UK OFSI published general license INT/2024/4919848, alongside a publication notice .License allows for the sale, divestment or transfer of financial instruments held at the National Settlement Depository (NSD) and the payment of safe keeping fees. Effectiveness General license takes effect from Jul. 3, 2024, expires at 11:59pm on Aug. 13, 2024. Aug. 2024 License Extended On Aug. 2, 2024, UK OFSI confirmed that general license INT/2024/4919848 has been extended and it now expires on Oct. 12, 2024; publication notice updated also.
