On Jun. 25, LTH PRL amended AML/CFT law re gambling and lotteries.
LTH PRL published an order which amends DIE-450 On the approval of the description of the procedure for orders addressed to companies organizing gambling and lotteries aimed at preventing money laundering and (or) terrorist financing (DIE-327).
Measures a company must take concerning internal policies/control procedures, and international financial sanctions and restrictive measures, to manage, mitigate risks.
Effectiveness
The order takes effect from Oct. 1, 2024.
