The bill would amend OKL LEG 25 on definitions and general provisions.
Bill Provisions
Any policy, program, statute that prohibits sex discrimination to be construed to forbid unfair treatment of females or males re similarly situated members of opposite sex.
State is not prohibited from establishing distinctions between sexes when such distinctions are substantially related to an important government objective.
