No prosecution may be commenced more than seven years after alleged violation.
Investigators of unit to have all powers vested in law enforcement officers of Alabama.
Including powers of arrest and power to serve process for any violation of this chapter.
Or any violation of other State laws discovered during the course of an investigation.
Investigators to perform duties, responsibilities and functions as may be required.
Individual may not serve as investigator of unit unless they met minimum standards established for law officers by ALA Peace Officers' Standards and Training Commission.
