Motor Vehicle Insurance
Bill amends Code of Alabama 1975, ALA INS 32-7-35 re Automobile insurance plan.
The insurance commissioner will approve the plan to equitably apportion the cost of high risk motor vehicle liability policies, and also issue polices in the name of the plan.
No policy issued in the plan name will create liability to the department, officers, its employees or the state, and committee will annually file authored financial reports.
