Provisions

If child is born or conceived during a marriage, both parents are presumed to be the natural parents for purposes of intestate conception even if marriage void or ended.
Provides provisions for child conceived before a marriage or out of wedlock.
Child conceived through assisted reproduction under a surrogacy agreement is considered the child of the intended parent for purposes of intestate succession.
