For the short-term commercial paper reference rate compilation system, the funds collection/payment platform and fund trading SFTP system, the mock test will take place on Nov. 15, 2025 with a backup test date on Dec. 28, 2025.
For proprietary network system participants, the mock test will take place on Nov. 16, 2025 with a backup test date on Dec. 28, 2025.
Institutions must contact the designated TAI DCC business liaison window on or before Nov. 7, 2025 to coordinate participation.
After completing the mock test, institutions must submit the completed test checklist to TAI DCC by e-mail.
On Oct. 23, TAI DCC issued letter re mandatory participation in test.
TAI DCC announced market simulation test for the Bills Central Depository Clearing-Settlement System as part of its new data-centre relocation plan.
Simulation Test
Participating institutions must join this test on Nov. 15, 2025, to verify connectivity and system operation with the new data centre by re-inputting settlement data from Nov. 14, 2025.
Upon completion of this market test, TAI DCC plans to officially migrate the system to the new data centre on Mar. 1, 2026.
