SBA offered disaster relief to Minnesota small businesses, private nonprofits (PNPs) and residents affected by the severe storms and flooding occurring Jul. 27-28, 2025.
Homeowners and renters are eligible to apply for home and personal property loans.
Economic injury disaster loans (EIDLs) are available to small businesses, agriculture cooperatives, and PNPs with financial losses directly related to the disaster.
Application Deadlines
Deadline for physical damage applications is Dec. 1, 2025, for EIDLs Jun. 30, 2026.
