On Sep. 16, CBOE reported new restricted OCC number 365.
CBOE issued notice on restricted clearing trading permit holders (TPH)/member OCC Number 365 on Cboe C2, Cboe BZX, and Cboe EDGX Options exchanges.
Restriction Requests
Clearing TPHs/Members may request exchange restrict OCC clearing number from being used for give-up purposes by opting in to the list of restricted give-up firms.
Such requests must be submitted by clearing firms using the necessary paperwork.
If clearing firm opts into restricted give-up firm list, exchange will require written authorization from firm to permit another TPH to give up restricted OCC number.
If clearing firm does not opt in, OCC number(s) may be given-up by any TPH/member organization; list of restricted clearing OCC numbers available on exchange website.
Wolverine Execution Services, LLC will restrict OCC clearing number on Dec. 4, 2025.
