Eligibility
Declaration coveres 5 counties in Texas, and disaster loans replace disaster-damaged or destroyed real estate, machinery and equipment, inventory, other business assets.
Homeowners and renters are eligible to apply for home and personal property loans.
Eligible for small businesses, small agricultural co-ops, nurseries, private nonprofits.
Ineligible for agricultural producers/farmers/ranchers except aquaculture enterprises.
Deadlines
Physical damage applications are due by Nov. 14, 2025, and EIDLs due Jun. 15, 2026.
