SLV PRL published Act on Amendments to the Housing Act (SZ-1G) of Jul. 17, 2025.
Purpose
Extended scope of the provisions re the management of a multi-apartment building to residential buildings with serviced apartments and to multi-apartment buildings.
In which actual condominium ownership has been established, which has not yet been entered in the land register; has not yet been entered in the land register, but in the case of the land plot on which the building stands co-ownership has been entered.
In favor of the owners according to ideal shares, if the transfers of ownership rights to individual parts of the building have been recorded in the land register by entering the co-ownership right to the real estate as a whole; or has entered the land register.
But not all individual or common parts of the building entered the land register or the co-ownership shares in the common parts of the building have not been entered.

Procedure for renting out public rental housing; extraordinary lease of public rental housing; allocation of public rental assisted living accommodation; rent subsidy.
