UK GVT announced publication of Subsidy control (subsidy database information requirements) (amendment) regulations 2025 (StIn 2025/635), made May 27, 2025.
Amendments
This instrument amends the Subsidy control (subsidy database information requirements) regulations 2022 (StIn 2022/1153) specifically regulation 4.
Removes requirement for a public authority’s entry in the database in respect of a subsidy given under a subsidy scheme to include information required by certain regs.
This information continues to be required for a public authority’s entry in the subsidy database in respect of a subsidy given other than under a subsidy scheme.
Effectiveness
In force on 22nd day after the date on which the regulations are made, Jun. 18, 2025.
