Overview
Per EMIR regulation 648/2012, rt. 9, CCPs, counterparties shall ensure details of any derivative contract they concluded, and of any contract modification/termination, are reported to a trade repository; details shall be reported no later than the working day after contract conclusion, modification or termination; a counterparty subject to the reporting obligation may delegate reporting derivative contract details.
ECC, as CCP, offers EMIR Data Services which allows clearing and non-clearing members (reporting participants) to delegate EMIR art. 9 reporting obligations to ECC.
Services cover transactions concluded or registered on markets cleared by ECC where the reporting obligation is applicable; this EMIR Data Services Agreement contains a subscription form; general terms and conditions; and an excerpt of ECC’s price list.
The subscription form shall be submitted to conclude an agreement with ECC.
