Data Request
NH INS will be using the BOX application for data submissions, using excel format.
BOX does not require an account to be able to submit data, hearing report and data submissions must be delivered separately, due date for submission is Jun. 27, 2025.
Request applies to carriers licensed to write accident and health insurance in the NH and meet the minimum thresholds must submit Supplemental Data Request data.
Effectiveness
The request repeals and replaces Insurance Bulletin 21-019-AB, dated Apr. 2, 2021.
Due date for submission of the data request is the last Friday in Jun., Jun. 27, 2025.
