The upcoming implementing act will set out a list of reference standards and establish specifications and procedures for the accreditation of conformity assessment bodies.
Carrying out the conformity assessment of qualified trust service providers and the qualified trust services they provide as well as the conformity assessment report.
And the conformity assessment schemes to carry out the conformity assessment along with the provision of a conformity assessment report; adoption is planned for Q2 2025.
