SBA offered federal disaster loans to California small businesses and private nonprofits (PNPs) affected by drought and its economic impact beginning on Oct. 1, 2024.
Aid is available to small businesses, agricultural cooperatives, nurseries and PNPs.
Loans available are Economic injury disaster loans (EIDLs), which cover economic losses even if no physical damage; they may be used for fixed debts, unpaid items.
Application Due Date
Completed EIDL applications must be submitted to SBA no later than Nov. 25, 2025.
