On May 30, 2025, TUR Tax issued announcement on extension of the force majeure condition for taxpayers in the earthquake zone with a turnover of less than TL 2.5mn.
Cir VUK-180/2025-1 extended force majeure in some provinces until May 31, 2025.
For taxpayers in Adiyaman, Hatay, Kahramanmaras, Malatya provinces, plus Islahiye and Nurdagi districts of Gaziantep Province the force majeure is still ongoing.
It has therefore been decided to extend the deadline until the end of Nov. 30, 2025.

Follows, TUR Tax Jan. 2025 circular VUK-182/2025-3 re the deadline for creating and signing e-ledgers and uploading e-ledger and certificate files for taxpayers included in e-ledger application whose force majeure ended as of Nov. 30, 2024, see #162827.
Deadlines of Jan, 14, 2025, Feb. 10, 2025 and Feb. 14, 2025 for creating and signing e-ledgers have been extended to Mar. 10, 2025, Jun. 10, 2025 and Jun. 16, 2025.
