On Jan. 23, RSA Tax issued letter on 13th deferment payment rules.
RSA Tax issued reminder to customs clients who are deferment account holders that the 13th deferment requirements due by end of the financial year, Mar. 31, 2025.
Customs external standard-deferment document, effective Mar. 29, 2019 stipulates that in addition to 12 regular payment dates, there is a 13th payment in March.
Statement period for financial year 2024/2025 13th payment closes Mar. 28, 2025.
E-statements will be available on Mar. 29, 2025 for account holders on e-Filing.
Account holders not on e-Filing, are advised to make prior arrangement for their statements to be e-mailed to them by their customs branch office.
Effectiveness
Account holders must ensure payment is received by 3pm on Mar. 31, 2025.
