Executive State agencies that uses funds to reimburse or pay for healthcare costs will adopt rules, regulations, policies that aim to enhance healthcare price transparency.
State agencies to evaluate/assess options to improve price transparency in healthcare, provide review by Oct. 31, report to Governor, Legislative Council by Nov. 30, 2025.
