RUS CB proposed ord on the requirements for the composition of a request for a credit report sent to a credit history bureau by officials, the list of which is determined by the president of Russia, when conducting, in accordance with the legislation of Russia on combating corruption, an inspection of the accuracy and completeness of information on income, expenses, property and property-related liabilities, compliance with restrictions and prohibitions, requirements for the prevention or resolution of conflicts of interest, the fulfilment of duties established by law 273-FZ on combating corruption other federal laws for the purpose of combating corruption, the procedure and timeframes for providing a credit report from a credit history bureau to the said officials with explanatory note.

Proposals
The ord establishes requirements for composition of request for a credit report sent to the credit history bureau by officials, the list of which is determined by the President.
When conducting an inspection in line with law 273-FZ on combatting corruption, the request will be reviewed in 5 business days or within the timeframe on the request.
Effectiveness
Comments and feedback are expected by Jan. 27. 2025 and the ord is expected to enter into force on Jul. 27, 2025.
