HUN EXC issued resolution 187/2021 establishing content of its disclosure guidelines.
Guidelines cover the general terms of service of the exchange, including provisions for issuers, provisions for exchange members, and provisions for the exchange.

Exchange may request amendment to news already published in event of discrepancy.

Tasks of the Exchange
Exchange is obliged to issue current User Manual at least two prior to commencement.
Provide disclosure immediately upon receipt of Appendix 1 due to the encrypted news,
Private key for Issuer handed to the Exchange by a protected document, by e-mail to the person obliged to disclose authorized representative or notified contact person.
Key required to decrypt document is provided by text to phone of exchange employee.
Effectiveness
The resolution enters into force on Oct. 1, 2021, overruling resolution no. 300/2019.
Jan. 2025 New Resolution
On Jan. 8, 2025, HUN EXC issued Resolution 4/2025 adopting Disclosure Guidelines.
Establishes content of Disclosure Guide based on authorization in Section 11.1 of Chapter 3, Part II of Reg on General Business Rules of HUN EXC (Disclosure Rules).
Its Chapter 1 covers requirements for issuers; Chapter II requirements applicable to stock exchange members and Chapter III focuses on stock exchange regulations.
The resolution enters into force on Jan. 15, 2025, when Resolution 187/2021 repealed.
